Ben got two of four cavities filled yesterday. It was an experience he won't soon forget I'm sure. Maybe Brian will blog about how the actual procedure went. I just know that Ben said he didn't like it at all. Luckily he could keep the prize in mind. We flat out bribed him to behave at his dentist appointment for his regular cleaning with the McDonalds across the street from the dentist office with a playland. We offered the same deal this time, but at the Burger King right next door. It was tons cooler too.
They had a regular old BK. Then there was this lonely, echo-y staircase leading up to another floor of the restaurant. It was totally awesome. There was a seperate play place up there with tubes and slides and such to play in. The eating area was totally like a trendy coffee shop in a metro area. They had couches galore, flat screen tv mounted to the wall, comfortable chairs, drink refill machine and bathrooms all in addition to the play place. Since it was 10 am on a Wednesday, we had the place almost to ourselves. It was like a private play place that a parent could enjoy too!!

awesome. it looks like a fun place to go, i would MAYBE go to the dentist for a bribe like that...MAYBE.
That picture of you and Maddie is so darling! And Poor Ben!! Was that with Dr. Tran? Is he over the trauma? Ben is looking so mature... what's happening to our precious little people? Where are they going?
