Falling Out

Poor Maddie. She keeps falling out of her bed. We have the safety rail on and she's done fine for months, but the last few weeks, she keeps falling out the top. She never used to wiggle around like she does now I guess. We'd lay her down and she'd be in the same position in the morning. Now she is all over the place. We can't decide if we need two rails so we cover from bottom to top of her bed. The other three sides are all protected by walls and Bens bed. So in the middle of the night when I heard her head whack into the heater vent, I got her settled down again and called in reinforcements. Brian and I shifted the rail up far enough that we can't imagine she could squeeze her little body through the 6 inch gap at the top, but now the whole bottom of the bed seems too dangerous. Time will tell. If she does fall out the bottom though, at least she won't hit the heater vent anymore.
